All 22 villages had a public bus service and a pucca road, meaning a properly surfaced one in 2009. That is the good half of the answer, and it is a better half than many rural districts get.

The other half is that almost nothing else on the census transport list was there. A railway station in 1 village. No private bus service anywhere. No national highway inside any village. An animal-drawn cart was recorded in 22 of the 22, which is more than the number with a taxi, and that comparison tells you what this dataset is describing better than any adjective could.

Seventeen years, and this is the category where that matters most. The expressway and the airport both post-date every column on this page and neither appears in any dataset used on this site, so this register makes no claim about either one.

What it can say is what the enumerator recorded in 2009, which remains the only village-level transport data anybody has published for these 22 villages. If a newer one exists, we want it.
