Every one of the 22 villages declared the same number of hours, which is either very good news or a sign of how the question was asked. This page prints the figure, the season, the user class and the caveat.

Every village declared the same number, and that is worth questioning
All 22 villages were recorded as having a domestic electricity supply, and every single one of them declared 24 hours a day in both summer and winter. Identical answers across 22 separate villages is not what real measurement usually looks like.
We print it exactly as found. The census column asks each village to declare hours per user class per season, and a declared figure is not a metered one. Read 24 as what the village said, not as what a meter recorded.
Domestic supply: 22 of 22. The farming and commercial columns are the ones that actually separate the villages, and the table below prints every village's own declared hours for all three user classes in both seasons.

What this table cannot tell you It cannot tell you about outages, voltage or reliability. The source has one column per user class per season and it holds a declared number of hours, so a village that reports 24 is reporting a nominal figure and not a measured availability.
What the source does not carry
There is no distance column for electricity, because a village either has a supply or it does not. There is also no connection count, no tariff category, no transformer capacity and no measure of hours actually delivered, in this source or in any other used on this site. If you need those, the distribution company is the only place they exist.
How old this record is
Seventeen years. The declared 24 hours predates the region's power infrastructure, which the development authority lists among its completed projects, so the two describe different things. This table is village domestic supply in 2009. That project is trunk infrastructure in the activation area. Merging them would produce a sentence neither source supports.
