What this table cannot tell you It cannot tell you how many pupils, how many beds or how many staff. The Village Directory carries a count column for schools and health centres only, and for Sangasar the health-centre staffing columns are present and printed on the healthcare page.

What has to be travelled for

How far each thing is. A solid square on the left means it was recorded inside the village. Anything further right was not in the village, and the column it sits in is how far the census put the nearest one. The scale is banded rather than measured because the source records only a band code: a for under 5 km, b for 5 to 10 km and c for 10 km and over. A short line at the left means the source cell is blank or prints N.A., which is not the same as a zero. Census 2011, amenities surveyed in 2009.

The source leaves middle school and any drainage, closed or open unanswered for this village, so those cells print a blank and not a zero.

What this table cannot tell you It cannot confirm the 0 school rows that rest on a third-party aggregator. That aggregator states no reference year and its own disclaimer says its information is user-generated. Those rows are printed as listed, not as operating.

How old this record is, and the village's own identifiers

The amenity picture above is seventeen years old. Nothing built in the Dholera region after 2009 appears in it. The facility table is eight years old for Primary Health Centres, five years old for Community Health Centres, and carries no date at all for schools. Where Sangasar appears under a different spelling, this register keeps each source's own version rather than choosing one: Sangasar in the gazette 2009, Sangasar in the dsirda dp villages map and Sangasar in the census 2011.

Scale square for Sangasar: 3,231.96 hectares of total geographical area recorded by Census 2011, against the largest of the 22 notified villages. 3,231.96 hectares of land 1,105 people 211 households thin square = 14,171 hectares, the largest of the 22 villages
How big the village is, drawn to scale. The heavy square is the land area of Sangasar and the thin square behind it is the largest of the 22 villages, so you can see the difference at a glance. The dot is sized from the 2011 population and sits at the centre of the square, not at the settlement. This is a scale drawing and NOT a village boundary: no source used here carries boundary geometry. Area from Census 2011, column 24.

Below are the identifiers you need if you want to look this village up in any government system yourself. The census code is the one that matters most, because it does not change when a spelling does.
